Launching A Giant:
Becoming one of the main players in the saturated California vaporizer market is no easy tasks. For Nuvata, anything short of taking the market by storm wouldn’t suffice. Nuvata is a revolutionary cannabis vaporizer that classifies their product between “Mind” and “Body”. Their unique brand, hardware, and team were looking for the perfect entrance to the market.
We started with extensive research on the target market using current cannabis trend reports. Once we pinpointed who Nuvata was for, we began working on every detail needed to successfully bring the brand to market. Focusing on both B2B distribution strategy, and a consumer focused launch campaign, we delivered a road map from rags to riches for the brand.
After we created the strategy it was time to execute.
Over the next 2 months, we were able to transform the brand from an unknown product to a serious up-and-comer in the market. We used multiple High Times events, social media, and PADs to capture the attention of the consumers, and used a number of tactics from B2B events to cold dispensary outreach to open accounts.
The goal was to capture market share with an initial launch in California to gain proof of concept, and eventually bring Nuvata to other states. In just 2 short months, we were able to launch the product.
